Carrier Responsibilities
Carriers and owner-operators are responsible for:

- Ensuring vehicles meet DOT and FMCSA regulations
- Delivering freight safely and on time
- Providing accurate documentation and communication
- Complying with all federal, state, and local transportation laws
DDL Solutions is not responsible for traffic violations, cargo claims, accidents, equipment failure, or delays caused by drivers, brokers, weather, or third-party facilities.
Payment Terms
Dispatch service fees and payment structures will be agreed upon before dispatch services begin. Carriers are responsible for timely payments for services rendered.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension or termination of dispatch services.
Broker & Load Communication
DDL Solutions acts as a dispatch service provider and communication coordinator between carriers and freight brokers/shippers. Final decisions regarding load acceptance remain the responsibility of the carrier or owner-operator.
No Employment Relationship
Using our dispatch services does not create an employer-employee relationship between DDL Solutions and any carrier, driver, or owner-operator. All drivers and carriers operate as independent businesses.
Service Availability
We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. Dispatch support availability may vary based on operational hours and freight market conditions.
Limitation of Liability
DDL Solutions shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our dispatch services, including loss of revenue, detention charges, missed appointments, freight delays, or broker disputes.
